1) What does it mean to work at Instal.com? Working at Instal it’s a daily challenge! Everyday I wake up and I know that I’ll have to give my best to put the whole team to reach our goals. Be responsible for the tech infrastructure means that nothing can go wrong, everything need to be up and running 100% of the time. Just few words monitoring, monitoring, monitoring.

2) What is your biggest learning experience so far? The never ending testing experience 99% is never enough.

3) What is the last app you downloaded I don’t download too many apps. Like every good developer (or “geek”) I’m more attracted by games. The last I’ve downloaded is GTA.

4) Share a fun fact that happened in the office One day I blacklisted all the IPs in the office (apart mine). I was the only one able to navigate on the web…it has been funny to see the desperation on my colleagues faces :)

2) What is your biggest learning experience so far? I learnt to plan a successfully strategy for the app promotion and foresee the best traffic to buy for each app category.

3) What is the last app you downloaded? I downloaded BBM and I find it very useful.

4) Share a fun fact that happened in the office I had a long conference call with a client and I was convinced that he was a man because I wasn’t able to distinguish his name from his surname....Just at the end I discovered that I was talking to a girl!

2) What is your biggest learning experience so far? I've learned that you can achieve the best results only if you share your knowledge and experience with the entire team. A different point of view can always help you to find the most suitable solution.

3) What is the last app you downloaded I'm meteoropathic so I love meteo app. Rain tomorrow? is definitely my favourite, it's so simple and fun (and I designed it!).

4) Share a fun fact that happened in the office Every friday is "el clasico day". Me and my colleagues organize table football competition after work. It's incredible how fast the time runs and I realize it's time to go only when my girlfriend call me out!
